Plastic Products International is pleased to announce the arrival of our new GTO Evo 2C iNDEX DD tampo pad printer, a high-precision, two-colour pad printing system that expands our in-house decoration capability.

What this machine brings to PPi:

• Larger, more complex prints: The Evo 2C’s slider/index movement lets the pads travel to the part, so the part can remain stationary. This enables accurate two-colour printing on bigger or awkwardly shaped components.

• Faster turnaround and higher throughput: rated at around 1,000–1,100 cycles per hour depending on setup. This helps us scale decorated part volumes while keeping lead times as short as possible.

• Consistent Quality: Programmable electronic controls and closed ink-cup technology give precise pad pressure and registration for repeatable multi-colour results across production runs.

• Better for bulky or delicate pieces: the indexing variant is specifically designed so parts that can’t easily be moved still receive accurate, multi-colour decoration. This reduces the need for complex fixtures and speeds setup for complex jobs.
