Meet Mollie, The Office Manager
Mollie Jarvis joined PPi in July 2017 as a 17‑year‑old apprentice. Since then she’s since expanded her responsibilities to cover the accounts, HR and payroll because, as she quips, “nobody wants to be paid late!”
Before PPi
Mollie studied Public Services at college with dreams of becoming a police officer, however during her studies she found it may not have been the career she was looking for. A part‑time waitressing job showed up and she loved doing that before her time at PPi.
Confidence Earned
We asked Mollie about her proudest professional achievement, and she’ll tell you it’s the confidence she’s built:
“Seeing how far I’ve come—believing in myself a lot more—has been huge.” That self‑belief fuels her love of tackling fresh challenges and learning new skills.
Outside the Office
- New Year, New Lifts: She joined the gym in January 2025 and hasn’t looked back.
- Crime‑Thriller Aficionado: A good book and a coffee are her perfect pairing.
- Adventure‑Seeker: From skydiving to enjoying the slopes on her first‑ever ski trip this year and after just 3 days she was whizzing down the slopes.
- Date Nights & Dog Walks: Mollie enjoys evenings out with her boyfriend or friends as well as quality time with her family and two beloved dogs.
Colleague Kudos
If you ask any other colleagues to describe Mollie, three words come up: Helpful. Relaxed. Knowledgeable. It’s no wonder her favourite part of PPi’s culture is teamwork. “I’ve got a great group around me who support me every day,” she says.
One Last Fun Fact
Need a conversation starter? Mollie’s tried‑and‑tested gem is that one should “Never corner a badger.” (Trust us—don’t.)
Looking Ahead
If Mollie wasn’t working at PPi, she would channel her love for animals into a dog‑grooming and walking business.
