Meet Andy, The Operations Manager
Andy Bremner joined PPi in February 2021, starting as a Mould shop Supervisor and eventually being promoted Operations Manager. Four-plus years later, he’s driving targets, fixin
g issues that may appear and making sure all moulded part ships on time.
Before PPi
Before joining PPI , Andy owned a thermoforming, extrusion and injection-moulding business in South Africa. As the business owner, he developed a well – rounded set of skills that he was able to use in his role at PPi after moving to the UK.
Results Oriented
Andy is very much an involved operations manager as some of his greatest achievements consist of him always meeting monthly targets well before the deadline. He chalks these wins up to teamwork, but colleagues know his knack for squeezing every ounce of efficiency helps the most.
Outside the Factory
- DIY Dynamo: On weekends, one often finds Andy doing D.I.Y projects around the house.
- He is also a petrol-head at heart. If it has wheels and an engine, Andy probably has a plan to turn it into a racing car.
