We operate 17 injection moulding presses spanning 22 tonnes to 350 tonnes. The plant includes machinery from Krauss Maffei, BOY, Arburg, Yizumi and Engel, providing hydraulic and all-electric options across a broad tonnage range. Many work cells use integrated robots and indexing conveyors to support controlled part handling and repeat production.
The range gives our engineering team flexibility when matching tooling and component requirements to an appropriate manufacturing cell.
We operate 17 injection moulding machines ranging from 22 to 350 tonnes, giving us the flexibility to manufacture components across a wide range of sizes, materials and production volumes. Our plant includes hydraulic and all-electric machines from KraussMaffei, BOY, Arburg, Yizumi and Engel. Many production cells are supported by integrated robots and indexing conveyors, helping to improve handling, consistency and efficiency throughout repeat manufacture.
Each machine is selected around the needs of the component and mould tool, while experienced setters, documented processes and in-process inspection help maintain stable production and dependable component quality from initial approval through to ongoing supply.
Our in-house toolroom is equipped to manufacture, modify, repair and maintain precision plastic injection mould tools at our Harlow facility. The machinery includes high-speed CNC milling, wire erosion, spark erosion, turning and fast hole burning, supported by Röders machining technology and EROWA tooling systems. This capability allows our experienced toolmakers to manage machining, assembly, balancing and maintenance without relying on multiple external suppliers.
Working alongside our design, moulding and inspection teams, the toolroom can respond quickly during development and production, helping to reduce delays, resolve tooling issues and keep established moulding programmes operating reliably throughout the life of each tool.
